Penny Kay is a highly qualified and experienced food, hygiene and safety specialist with over 20 years service within the industry which enables KConsultants to provide a full range of food safety and health & safety solutions for your business.
"Having trained and worked as an Environmental Health Officer, I have worked in the food industry for 20 years, working directly for manufacturers and retailers and as a consultant. I have direct experience of all aspects of food production in a range of environments including ambient and chilled food, food service and hospitality and at all points of the food chain including distribution.
I have specific expertise in behaviour-based health and safety management, and HACCP-based food safety management programmes.
I can offer practical assistance whether you need informal advice or formal audits to keep your food safety business on track.
I am available for all types of consultancy work (advisory, monitoring or auditing) on a regular or ad hoc basis in London and the Home Counties.
